Tim Bourgoine is the Executive Vice President of Bode Aviation, Inc. and manages all maintenance operations. As a member of the Executive Management Team and over 20 years as a team member, Mr. Bourgoine has a profound understanding of Bode Aviation and its operations.
Mr. Bourgoine’s experience ranges from 25 years of Law Enforcement to over two decades in aviation maintenance and management. His Law Enforcement experience includes senior executive leadership, tactical response to crisis situations, hostage negotiations, airborne law enforcement and managing large scale Police Operations. His Aviation experience includes being a Commercial Pilot and Airframe / Powerplant Mechanic with Inspection Authorization. Mr. Bourgoine has worked as a Pilot, a Mechanic, Maintenance Supervisor and Manager. He has created maintenance operations for Commercial and Airline Maintenance to off-site Special Mission Maintenance Facilities and also oversees Bode Aviation’s aircraft modification services.
Mr. Bourgoine has over a decade of experience volunteering with World War II aircraft and is currently a mechanic and crew chief on a Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress that tours the country.
Mr. Bourgoine has a Degree in Criminology from the University of Albuquerque and attended the FBI National Academy. He was an adjunct instructor at the Department of Energy Central Training Academy in Hostage Negotiations and instructed Critical Incident Management for the State of New Mexico.
